Finally home. Resting up. Looking back at the year. A season of ups and downs, but a season of progress. The first thing I think of is how we’ve grown stronger and closer as a team and club. We have an excitement around the place looking forward to the next few years. We’re going to rest up over the summer and come out next season even stronger. A special message of thanks to all of you, the supporters. This season we have had some of the most special atmospheres I’ve experienced yet. As my first year as captain, to be leading the boys is a privilege and something I’m so proud of. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again soon. Lots of love, Sonny.

토트넘에서 처음으로 주장이라는 역할을 맡고 한 시즌을 끝내고 왔습니다. 부족한 모습도 어려운 순간도 많았지만, 옆에서 도와주신 코치진 또 지원 스태프, 동료 선수들 또 항상 많은 응원과 사랑 보내주시는 팬분들 덕분에 어려운 순간 힘들었던 순간을 배우면서 넘길 수 있었던 거 같습니다. 올 시즌도 시간과 장소 가리지 않고 응원해 주셔서 저에게 힘이 되었습니다. 진심으로 감사드리고 내년에는 조금 더 성숙하고 성장하는 선수가 될 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다! 매번 행복을 느끼게 해주셔서 감사합니다!
